Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 1 is here, so lets have a look at the Battle Pass details!
Fornite is back! The black hole has freed us all, and we can once again ride the Battle Bus into the fight and take on our fellow players to try to reach the number one spot. A new Season means a new Battle Pass, so let’s take a look at how the Battle Pass works this time around.
Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 1 Battle Pass Details
In this season of Fortnite, you progress through the Battle Pass by getting experience from performing certain actions in-game. All 100 rewards are visible in the Battle Pass, and all are available if you spend 950 V-Bucks to get the Battle Pass. If you would prefer to avail of the free Battle Pass, the different ranks that reward you are marked with the word “Free.” You won’t have access to everything, though, so keep that in mind.
This season’s Battle Pass can reward a total of 1500 V-Bucks, which is enough to buy next Season’s Battle Pass, and still have some V-Bucks left over to spend in the shop.
How you progress the Battle Pass has changed, and you can earn XP and Medals from a variety of in-game activities such as search chests, killing opponents, completing Challenges and Missions, and more. The Battle Pass also allows for progression beyond Rank 100.
As usual, the Battle Pass offers a reward at each Rank, as long as you have paid those 950 V-Bucks. You can get sprays, skins, styles for skins, back bling, gliders, and wraps, among other rewards. Everything you have grown used to over the last 10 Seasons of Fornite, you progress slightly different now. It should be much easier for a lot of people to make progress on their Battle Pass!
This season is about 54 days long, so you have plenty of time to hit that Rank 100 before it ends.
