Destiny 2’s Season of the Undying will officially draw to a close with the Weekly Reset on Dec. 10. This means all Season of the Undying related activities will need to be finished up by that point to get any available rewards. The Battle Pass will be over, so you will want to full rank that if you still have some levels left on it.

The new Season of the Dawn will be replacing the current season, so lots of in-game activities will be changing, meaning you can no longer earn certain rewards and items, including Triumphs, from that point onwards.

While a lot of things are leaving the game, we do know that Season of Dawn will introduce a new 6-player, matchmade activity in the form of The Sundial. While we have no details about this activity at the moment, we expect to see it during Bungie’s Season of Dawn reveal, taking place on Twitch, Mixer, and Youtube on Dec. 4, at 10 AM Pacific.

Arriving with the new Season Pass will be the following:

  • Instantly unlock the Exotic Scout Rifle, Symmetry
  • Play the new 6-player activity: The Sundial
  • Exotic Quests, Seasonal Armor Sets, and Ornaments
  • New Triumphs, Bounties, and Seasonal Lore Books
  • Exotic Emote, Ghost, Ornament, and Finisher
  • Additional Season Pass rewards to unlock

While all players will have access to the following:

  • Free Seasonal Rank Rewards
  • Seasonal Artifact: The Lantern of Osiris
  • Help Osiris fix the timeline by restoring Obelisks on four destinations
  • Unlock the Seasonal Armor Set: Righteous
  • Progress through Season ranks to earn the Exotic Scout Rifle, Symmetry

The new Seasonal Artifact will be a The Lantern of Osiris, offer Power buffs and seasonal mods. If you notice your Power level has gone down after you log in on Dec. 10, remember that you will be losing the additional Power levels from this Season’s Artifact, and will need to build them back up again.
