It is available in 10-kilometer eggs, but you need to visit the regions you can locate it to fuin a suitable egg to hatch one. Some players are reporting they have captured the Pokémon a few hours outside of the Greek borders. For example, this player reportedly caught Sigilyph in Albania, and another in Turkey.

In those regions, it’s a Psychic and Flying-type Pokémon, so you have the chance to find it in grasslands, open fields, and parks. You’ll want to spend some time outside of a city looking to find it to add it to your collection.
