Japanese publisher Capcom has a long history of classic arcade games, but in recent times, they have been difficult to find and play outside of their own sparse collection releases. However, Capcom Arcade Stadium on Nintendo Switch gives you the ability to experience 32 gems from their catalog, both on the go and on your television.

Additional features included with the collection allow you to change many aspects of the original games. These include gameplay rewinding, saving and loading games from any point, and difficulty sliders, meaning that games like Ghosts’n Goblins and its sequel may actually be beatable.

There is also the ability to play co-op or versus games with friends locally on the same console, while each title will include scores and leaderboards online to compare your skills against the rest of the world.

The app with the games can be downloaded for free and includes the shoot’em up classic 1943: The Battle of Midway for free. The entire collection of games come as a bundle, or in three 10-game pack increments if you are looking for specific games. The three packs are split by their year of release.
