It seems like PlayStation Name Change feature is going to be made available very soon. Sony is conducting a survey asking select few PlayStation fans – whether they are interested in the feature or not.
Sony is conducting a survey on the PSN name changes. The company has requested the selected few who will be or are taking the survey (not the first time, they did a survey on it earlier as well) to keep this under wraps, however, an anonymous user forwarded an email to Pushsquare. The email contained information regarding the manufacturer reviews if, “gamers are interested in the feature or not”.
The survey questionnaire’s major aim is improving the PSN experience. The survey consists of questions regarding changing your gamer tag. Like you will be able to change your name multiple times for free however, the catch is that you will be able to do so once every six months, and another being, if you want to change your gamer tag to an older handle then you will be able to do so by contacting the customer support.
Changes like this should have come to the PSN a long time ago. However, it is good to see that the company is taking the user’s opinions seriously and are conducting a survey over it.
