Can you repeat missions in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes?

Can you try again?

The chance to repeat missions in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes allows you to try out new strategies in battles and attempt to do better in fights you’ve already played. There are multiple missions and battles for you to do, and more become available as you progress through the campaign. But can you repeat missions in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes?

Repeating missions and earning higher ranks

We can confirm you will have the opportunity to go back through missions you’ve already finished and try them again. You may want to do this if you did not receive a high score and would like to try for the S-rank rewards. You will have the opportunity to repeat any mission you’ve done by making your way over to the Record Keeper, who is to the left of the Strategist. Both of these NPCs are in your War Camp.

You can view the chapters you want to repeat when speaking with the Record Keeper. They will have each mission available and the grade you received at the end of the mission. These encounters include the major battle for that chapter and the smaller ones from the regions you conquered along the way. You can return to these missions at any time, and you will also be able to use characters you may not have the previous time. For example, if you persuade a character to join your side, you can use them in future battles and have them when you repeat missions.

There is a chance if you bring a character with you and they fall, you will lose them, for those playing on Classic mode at least. You won’t have to worry about this if you play on the Standard mode where you cannot lose characters.

Repeating missions is an excellent way to attempt to secure supplies you might have missed, or practice a class or certain abilities on a character to see if you like the combination.
