Red Dead Redemption 2 will launch worldwide on October 26, but few lucky players have got access to the retail copy of the game early and they have started to share (or I should say started to leak) some screenshots and gameplay footage featuring some of the important elements in the game. We have posted below two leaked screenshots of Red Dead Redemption 2 – the first one is a gameplay screenshot where Arthur Morgan is fighting an NPC, and the second screenshot shows the game’s MAP.

In addition to these two screenshots, a very short gameplay footage was also leaked (23 seconds of gameplay). There is still a big question mark on whether the leaked map is legit or not? If we take into consideration the fact that all these things are coming from the same source as the 4Chan then it looks legit.

Another major discovery that makes us feel that these leak screenshots are legit – the button layout, text scheme, and icons perfectly match with what we have seen in the official gameplay trailers. Furthermore, the map region that is shown in the screenshot is just the 1/4 or 1/2 of the full map as we have been told by the previewers that in order to see the full map you will have to scroll multiple screen lengths.
