As you level up Shaggy, you will earn the following perks:

Both of these perks are situated around charging Shaggy’s rage ability. One Last Zoinks will automatically charge it when you take 100 damage while Hangry Man lets you charge it quickly after you eat a sandwich that Shaggy grabs from his down special.
