Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is coming to Nintendo Switch later this year, and Bethesda is letting players try the game ahead of time with a demo open to the public.
Boston’s PAX East is just a few weeks away, and Bethesda fans attending this year’s convention are in for a surprise. Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus on Nintendo Switch will be playable at an open event during the convention.
The playable Switch demo was announced earlier this week for Bethesda Gameplay Day, a Saturday event at Laugh Boston, right near the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. From 1:30pm to 9:00pm ET on Saturday, players will have the opportunity to walk in, meet Bethesda’s developers, and join in on some exclusive events. No PAX East badge is required to check out Wolfenstein II, so any Bethesda fans in the nearby area can come over and play Wolfenstein II.
Alongside Wolfenstein II for Nintendo Switch, Bethesda Gameplay Day also features demos for Quake Champions, The Elder Scrolls: Legend–Houses of Morrowind, and The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset. Bethesda is hosting presentations throughout the day, including a chat about Quake Champions’ upcoming features and new information about The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset. There’s even a giveaway for a customized Nintendo Switch inspired by BJ Blazkowicz’s flight jacket, among other goodies.
