In addition, any players who had previously skipped out on purchasing the World of Warcraft: Legion expansion or the upcoming Battle for Azeroth have received automatic account upgrades with Warlords of Draenor. The fifth World of Warcraft expansion has been added free of charge to these accounts, so you’ve got a wealth of new content waiting for you, even if you haven’t played the game in quite some time.

There’s no current limit to how much WoW you can play, or which characters, no matter what levels they’re standing it. You can play as much as you want until June 24, and after that you’ll need to sign up for a monthly subscription. It’s a good idea to go ahead and gear up with practice and play some of the game before its seventh expansion hits.

It’s just around the corner, only about a month and a half away. World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth releases on Aug. 14, so you’ve got a little while to level up and get re-acquainted with the game before it’s go-time once more. With the wealth of content it’s set to introduce, like a set of new playable races and plenty of new ground to cover, you’re going to appreciate the refresher.
