The Sims 4 players on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One can finally add pets to their family.

The Sims 4’s Cats & Dogs expansion, originally released on PC in November 2017, is out today on console. Players will be able to create pets for their sims using the Create-A-Pet tool, which allows for in-depth customization for cats and dogs. Players are also able to mix breeds to create new pairings and unique looking animals. Painting, too, is an option for The Sims 4 players looking for colorful pets.

Of course, Cats & Dogs expands into The Sims 4’s live mode, where players will be able to adopt animals and interact with, care for, and train their pets. A new town, Brindleton Bay, has been added to the game, too—an especially pet friendly world apt for the new expansion.

Cats & Dogs also adds a new career path for The Sims 4 players interested in veterinary medicine. Either open up a clinic or work for one already created. Sims will have to hire staff, care for sick pets, and manage patients in the vet clinic.

The expansion pack costs $40 on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Naturally, players must have the base game to play the expansion. Cats & Dogs is the third expansion for the console edition of The Sims 4, following The Sims 4: City Living and The Sims 4: Get to Work.

Meanwhile, over in PC land, The Sims 4 got its own new expansion, Seasons, on June 22. Weather is the big draw for the Seasons expansion, but it also overhauls the game’s outdated gardening system. Developer Electronic Arts hasn’t said when or if the Seasons expansion will make it over to console.
