The Black Ops 4 Blackout Beta begins in six days, and there’s much to look forward to. 80-player servers, zombies controlled by bots, vehicles, and the return of Nuketown, according to multiple GameInformer reports. The news outlet has been in contact with game developer Treyarch, discussing specifics on the brand-new battle royale mode.

Blackout will contain AI-controlled zombies, which is something that other battle royale games like Fortnite and PlayerUnknown’s BattleGrounds haven’t touched. Zombies have always been a staple of almost every Call of Duty series. It’s no surprise that the developers want to innovate and build around an icon of the game.

The mode will also have only 80 players, as opposed to the conventional 100 player number in other games. This may likely reduce kill counts for players, but it seems like the number means an emphasis on more meaningful engagements.

Blackout will allow players to traverse the map in vehicles, like a four-person truck, a two-person ATV, a two-person boat, and a four-person helicopter. The biggest difference between Blackout and its battle royale counterparts is the emphasis on multifaceted transport—Land, sea, and air.

The Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout beta is expected to begin on Sep. 10 at 12pm CT.
