Construction Simulator 2 will come to PC and Xbox One and PlayStation 4 later this year in the form of Construction Simulator 2 US.
We’ve seen the resurgence of all types of simulation games in recent years and the Construction Simulator series by Astragon and Weltenbauer, which incidentally stands for “world builder” in German, has been a particularly fun one. The latest iteration, Construction Simulator 2, has been available on mobile devices for a while and is now making its way to your PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
In Construction Simulator 2, players build a construction company from scratch, performing various construction tasks using 40 original, licensed construction vehicles from Caterpillar, Liebherr, Palfinger, Bell, STILL, ATLAS, and Kenworth. This is the grown-up version of playing with that big yellow Tonka truck in your sandbox, folks!
This time around, the scenery changes to the United States of America in Construction Simulator 2 US.
The authentic US setting offers over 60 varied and challenging building contracts and missions in which players will not only be able to excavate building pits, control gigantic cranes and pour concrete to their heart’s content, but also tackle road construction in the fictional state of Westside Plains.
Construction Simulator 2 will be available in Steam for PC under the name Construction Simulator 2 US – Pocket Edition, and on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 as Construction Simulator 2 US – Console Edition in the next couple of months.
