If you’re looking for a new ridiculous party game for up to four of your friends to share at a party, Headsnatchers is now available in early access on PC.
Multiplayer party games are no longer reserved for consoles like the Nintendo Switch. With Steam Link devices practically being thrown in our direction for less than the price of a good pizza, PC games streamed to a large TV in your living room are a reality. Indie developer IguanaBee is looking to take advantage of this with the release of their party game, Headsnatchers.
Headsnatchers Launch Trailer
Headsnatchers is a self-described stupidly hectic up-to-4-player local and online multiplayer party-game and is now available in Steam’s early access program for $14.99. A 10% launch discount is also available for this week.
Headsnatchers will let you challenge your friends to insane brawls where the goal is to plug the heads off of your opponents’ shoulders. Yep, you read that right. You’ll literally be snatching heads off of your pals’ shoulders. There is no way this doesn’t result in some hilarious interactions on the couch, or some worried looks from loved-ones when playing Headsnatchers online.
Daniel Winkler, lead developer at IguanaBee, on the move to release Headsnatchers in Early Access: “It allows us to properly develop the game while listening to feedback from the community. As a multiplayer party game, we find it incredibly important that we actively involve the community to shape Headsnatchers into the best party game out there. We hope gamers young and old will enjoy humiliating their pals in the wackiest ways possible!”
Headsnatchers features a total of 25 multiplayer maps across four game modes and lets you customize your character from over 100 loony heads. You can find Headsnatchers on Steam now for $14.99.
