Ubisoft has released two new trailers showcasing Alexios and Kassandra in several intense combat scenes in Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey’s ancient Greece.

Ubisoft’s parade of trailers from Gamescom 2018 in Cologne, Germany, continues with two new Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey trailers. Both trailers are nearly identical, with the only difference being the appearance of either Alexios or Kassandra. As we know, in Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey players can choose to play as either character.

Both trailers showcase the many dangers of ancient Greece, where seemingly everything from invading armies to endemic wildlife and the occasional snake-headwear-wearing deity will try to kill you.

Alexios Cinematic Trailer

Kassandra Cinematic Trailer

While I wish there were more differences in these two trailers, that wish stems from my desire to see more of Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey. Its predecessor, Assassin’s Creed: Origins, was one of my favorite games of 2018 and I can’t wait to travel to ancient Greece on October 5th.
