Nintendo has just released a new Firmware for Switch. The firmware updates the console to version (7.0.0), and it should be live for all Nintendo Switch owners across the globe. The changelog/patch notes state that the Firmware 7.0.0 carries just two significant changes/additions – the first one being the New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe user icons, and the second one being the support for three additional languages.

Nintendo Switch Firmware 7.0.0 Changelog
- Select from six new New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe icons for your user. To edit your user icon, head to your My Page > Profile on the top left of the HOME menu.
- Added additional language support to the HOME Menu for Chinese, Korean, and Taiwanese. To change the language, head to the System Settings > System > Language.
The changelog further states, “General system stability improvements to enhance the user’s experience.”
