Players have the option to obtain a free PC game when they download the PC version of The Division 2
Ubisoft is trying its best to encourage the decision for players to pre-order Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 for the PC by offering them a free game.
Players can pick from these three: Far Cry Primal, Watch Dogs 2, or Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands. When players confirm their pre-order, they have until Mar. 31 to claim their game from the Ubisoft rewards page. The only catch found in the deal is that the free games are PC download only. So if you were planning on cashing in on this deal through a PlayStation 4 or an Xbox One, you’re out of luck. Hopefully, Ubisoft finds a way to entice console players as much as they’re doing for their PC demographic.
For those not entirely sold on Tom Clancy’s The Division, you still have an opportunity to try it out before making your purchase. There’s an open beta for the game happening from Mar. 1 to the 4. In the public beta, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the game’s customization options, one of the three Dark Zones, and you’ll get to try out an endgame mission.
Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 arrives for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on Mar. 15.
