We’ve learned only a few hours ago that Control is going to release exclusively on Epic Games Store for PC.
We learned only a few hours ago that Control is going to release exclusively on Epic Games Store for PC, shockingly alongside three Quantic Dream games.
Anyway, during GDC 2019, we were not provided with a precise release date, sticking to the original “summer 2019” launch window.
Now, thanks to a leak on Microsoft Store, we’ve possibly, finally discovered which is the date we’ll be able to play the next game by Remedy from.
The date is August 27, 2019, for PC, PS4 and Xbox One, at least based on what the Microsoft Store currently reports.
Here’s a look at the description of the game on the store:
“After a secretive agency in New York is invaded by an otherworldly threat, you become the new Director struggling to regain Control.
From developer Remedy Entertainment, this supernatural 3rd person action-adventure will challenge you to master the combination of supernatural abilities, modifiable loadouts, and reactive environments while fighting through a deep and unpredictable world. Control is Jesse Faden’s story and her personal search for answers as she grows into the role of the Director.
The world of Control has its own story, as do the allies Jesse meets along the way. Jesse works with other Bureau agents and discovers strange experiments and secrets.”
We’re burning in the hype and hopefully will learn more about the release date and the game itself in a few days or even hours.
