Pokémon GO: Egg Changes and legendary birds available through May and June

Pokemon GO players will be able to get their hands on four of Pokemon’s legendary birds in May and June.

Generation Two’s Lugia and Ho-Oh and Generation Three’s eon duo Latios and Latias will be available to players as Research Breakthrough encounters, obtainable by completing daily research tasks. This change will commence on May 1st at 1 p.m. PT, and will be available through til the end of June.

There is also an update to which Pokemon will hatch depending on the eggs.

Pokemon that will hatch from 2 km eggs include Turtwig, Chimchar, Piplup & Bonsly.

Pokemon from 5km eggs include Cubone, Combee, Buizel, Glameow, Bronzor, Skorupi & Croagunk.

Meanwhile, 10 km eggs offer Mawile, Absol, Shinx, Cranidos, Shieldon & Riolu, as well as many more for each.

These egg changes will be active on the game from April 26th at 1p.m. PDT.
