A leak on Twitter claims that Ubisoft will be announcing a new multiplayer IP based on roller derby at E3 2019.
Ubisoft is at work on a new roller derby game, set to be unveiled at E3 2019, according to information leaked on Twitter. From the information available, it appears to be an online multiplayer game that SpielTimes describes as “in the same vein of Rocket League,” coming to PC, with Xbox One and Switch releases possible.
Ubisoft is revealing a brand new IP sometime this year, very likely at E3. It involves Skating and a sports ball. It has a very nice style to it. Here’s the logo. pic.twitter.com/UCKhbVPDyE

Leaks should generally be taken with a grain of salt, but the information was provided to SpielTimes by user @New_WabiSabi, who has a history of legitimate leaks on Resetera and Smashboards. The information reportedly came from a recent private test. Given the number of assets that have surfaced, it seems safe to trust the information that’s out there.
In addition to a menu screen and concept art, button layouts for Switch and Xbox controllers also leaked.
Supposedly, the game will make an appearance at E3 2019, but it’s unclear what will be shown and whether it will be playable, played by Ubisoft representatives, or pre-recorded. We’ll continue to follow this story as it develops.
