Bethesda shared they’re going to release the Elder Scrolls Blades game later tonight, following their conference.
The first thing Bethesda announced at their E3 conference is that they’re going to release their mobile game, Elder Scrolls Blades, later tonight following their conference.
The free-to-play game features a first-person perspective where players have to traverse a new part of the Elder Scrolls universe. Following the announcement, they also shared that the game is going to come out later this year in the fall for the Nintendo Switch. The game takes place after Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and before Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
The game first released for early access on April 26, earlier this year. The team received a great deal of feedback from the community, which was overall positive. However, many had problems with the waiting to play strategies of the game, feeling they had to pay to further progress in the game at a decent rate.
They announced that there’s going to be new weapons, armor, and a brand new dragon quest line, which makes sense if they want to push the game and make it live.
