The creators of It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia are making a new show based on video game developers.

During Ubisoft’s press conference at this year’s E3, actor-writer Rob McElhenney came on stage to discuss a new show that Ubisoft is co-producing. McElhenney is one of the creators and stars of It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, a satirical that centers on a group of bar owners who come up with crazy schemes. The show has been on the air for over a decade, having a dedicated fanbase who appreciates the social satire and absurd humor of the show.

McElhenney’s new show is called Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet. The show focuses on a team of video game developers, with McElhenney playing the lead role of Ian Grimm.

The show is co-created by McElhenney and Charlie Day, McElhenney’s co-star in It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia. The show will be available to watch on Apple TV+’s upcoming streaming service.

A release date for Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet wasn’t unveiled at the conference, though presumably, it will release with the Apple TV+ streaming service. At this moment, Apple TV+ is expected to release some time in the fall.
