The first DLC pack for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order has a release date.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 is the most recent title in the Ultimate Alliance series. Developed by Team Ninja, Ultimate Alliance 3 centers on the heroes of the Marvel universe banding together to find the Infinity Stones before Thanos and his Black Order could gather them. The player controls a team of four Marvel characters, and you can fight your way through hordes of enemies.

The game was a modest success, receiving favorable reviews and selling fairly well. At launch, a DLC season pass was announced for the game. The season pass is split between three packs; each pack cannot be purchased separately. The three packs are labeled as Marvel Knights, X-Men, and Fantastic Four.

Marvel Knights was the first pack announced. Marvel Knights will contain four new playable characters; the four new characters are Blade, Moon Knight, Punisher, and Morbius the Living Vampire.

Today Nintendo of America announced when the Marvel Knights will be released. The release date for the Marvel Knights will be September 30. The Marvel Knights DLC pack also has the subtitle of Curse of The Vampire. The caption is probably a reference to how Blade and Morbius are vampires.

Not only will the first DLC pack contain the four characters, but it will also have a new Gauntlet mode, which will be co-op.
