McDonald’s Australia is celebrating the classics by doubling your favorite burgers, so we thought it would be fun to make a list of some of the best free games, to build on that extra patty feeling! Just like a Big Mac with even more Big Mac. In celebration of the Doubles range, here are some of the best free games for you to play whilst you eat!
Overwatch 2
Hop into an Overwatch 2 lobby and gear up for the ride of a lifetime, as the intense and chaotic gameplay will make you hungry for more.
The sequel to the world-famous Overwatch paired with 100% Aussie beef patties, Special Sauce on a sesame seed bun, there’s no way you’re losing a match.
Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft
For those card game lovers, this is the game that has taken the world by storm. It’s always been free, but it’s something that is perfect to play with a friend as you share some fries or a Double McChicken meal. Cast spells, summon creatures, build decks and strategize about the best hands to play. Playable on mobile or PC, it’s a great game to pick up and get competitive without investing too much time. Or all your time.
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (until November 30)
This is the month to indulge in a classic (like the Double Big Mac). This one is only free for Prime Gaming subscribers, but for those with one, this is another classic worth revisiting.
Graphics are overrated. Go back to your gaming roots and spend some hours playing as both generations of the Jones’ in this 8-bit adventure.
There’s treasure everywhere. Find the holy grail in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade and the best burger for you in McDonald’s Core Doubles range.
MultiVersus
Battle it out as your favorite heroes, taking on some of the strongest and wildest characters in the Warner Brothers universe.
No other game allows you to put Superman against Bugs Bunny. The number of different battles available is outrageous, with a massive variety of wacky combos to learn so you can leave all your opposition in the dust.
The Sims 4
That’s right, the nostalgia continues where we are visiting the games (and Double Quarter Pounder) we know you love. The Sims is going free to play so you can get back into your virtual life. It’s the metaverse before meta. So, jump in and create some adventures (you can even play on console now).
