January Xbox Games With Gold Include Styx, Telltale’s Batman

The next batch of games coming to Xbox’s Games with Gold for January have been announced.

Microsoft has announced the new round of games coming to its Games with Gold program on Xbox One for January. The games include Styx: Shards of Darkness and Batman: The Telltale Series for Xbox One, and Tekken 6 and LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy for Xbox 360 (with Xbox One backwards compatibility).

Styx is a stealth action thriller from 2017, while Batman was one of Telltale’s biggest licensed characters, and just received its own new edition. Tekken 6 and LEGO Star Wars are both popular games from the last generation. The times for these games’ availability is as follows:

Xbox Games With Gold January 2020

• Styx: Shards of Darkness (January 1-31)
• Batman: The Telltale Series (January 16-February 15)
• Tekken 6 (January 1-15)
• Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy (January 16-31)

Until January, you can still take advantage of this month’s games, Insane Robots, Jurassic World: Evolution, Toy Story 3, and Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD.

Games with Gold is a service available to all Xbox Gold subscribers, which enables online play on Xbox Live. But Gold is also part of subscriptions to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which gives players access to a large library of games on Xbox One and PC.
