As February draws to a close, it’s time to start looking at the March Pokémon Go Community Day. Community Days will always be about getting out in the world and playing with your friends, and they center around the chance to catch special Pokémon in the wild. As well as special Pokémon, there are also standard rewards that players can take advantage of during the event.

The March 2020 featured Pokémon is the Psychic-type, Abra. Alakazam will also have a special move for the event, but it has not been announced yet.

When is the March Community Day?

The March Pokémon GO Community Day will take place on Mar. 15, from 11 am to 2 pm local time in the northern hemisphere and 3 pm to 6 pm local time in the southern hemisphere. The event will not be running in Japan, Korea, or Italy due to concerns about the impact of the coronavirus.

What does Community Day involve?

On top of the featured Pokémon, there are other benefits and bonuses to take advantage of during Community Days. Extra Stardust, catch XP, and reduced distances to hatch eggs are always the standard benefits.
