This error shows up when you can’t connect to a wired or wireless network. Usually this is a DNS error with the device or your ISP, but it can be an easy fix.

This error occurs when the Switch cannot connect to the Internet because Internet settings are incorrect.

Wired:

  • Make sure that both ends of your Ethernet cable are securely connected.

This error happens when your eShop card number cannot be verified.
