To lure Pokemons in Pokemon Quest you will need fighting recipes. Without a recipe, you cannot attract any Pokemon to your base camp. Pokemon Quest Recipes Guide

Before moving ahead with all other recipes let’s have a look on how to cook, just in case you are new to the game you can refer this section otherwise read below. Cooking is pretty simple in the game, to cook you will have to go to the base camp. Then tap on the cooking pot, from the menu you can place 5 ingredients. Once done tap on start to begin cooking. The cooking will take some time and once it is done you can return to the field to fight. To speed up the process you will have to use PM tickets. There are different pots in the game, the one you get in the start is the default one that offers you 3 ingredients slot. Upgrading that to Bronze will let you to use 10 ingredients, Sliver pot requires 15 and Gold one requires 20 ingredients.

How To Cook Swole Syrup Recipe

To attract a Pokemon you will need Swole Syrup Recipe. Below you can find the different way you can cook it from Good to Very Good. The better the recipe this the more chances of you getting a Pokemon at your base camp. You can attract Machop, Hitmonlee or Hitmonchan.

There are 10 different type of cooking ingredients in Pokemon Quest. You can find them on Tumblecuble island while exploring. Each of these offer you different properties so you have to understand them in-order to cook the best recipe.
