It is possible to switch to the third person in No Man’s Sky and that too in a simple setting. The game starts in the first person and there is no direct settings or key by which you can instantly shift between different views. Through simple in-game settings, you can change perspective and enjoy the game in 3rd person view.

How To Switch To Third Person View In No Man’s Sky NEXT

Once you shift to third person view you cannot shift back to the first person with one keypress you have to back all to the settings and restore it back to its original value. Below are the settings.

No Man’s Sky NEXT Third Person View Settings:

• To change the view from the first person to the third person in No Man’s Sky NEXT go in Quick Menu. If you are playing it on the console then you have to press down D-pad.
• Look on the left side and search for Utilities.
• Look on the right side and search for Toggle Camera View settings.
• Select that and pick Switch Starship View from it.
