Players can get the Bad Juju Catalyst by playing in Strikes, Crucible, and Gambit matches. The Catalyst is a random drop from these activities, so might take a while to show up for you. Winning or losing doesn’t matter in Gambit or Crucible, you just need to finish the activity.

To get the Bad Juju, players can now visit the Exotic Archive in the Tower, where they can buy the weapon if they have the right resources. To get the Bad Juju, you will need the following:
- Exotic Cipher – 1
- Glimmer – 1250000
- Microphasic Datalattice – 200
- Ascendant Shard – 1
Exotic Ciphers can get gotten from the Season Pass, or from weekly missions for Xur. Glimmer is earned by killing enemies and finishing bounties and activities. Microphasic Datalattice can be found on Nessus and is the region’s planetary materials. Ascendant Shards can be earned by finishing high level Nightfall activities.
