Far Cry 3 Vaas Bobblehead
You can customize a vehicle in Far Cry 5, there is an option where you can add a Bobblehead on the vehicle dashboard. And this one has a head of Far Cry 3 villain Vaas. By spending Ubisoft Club point you can also get Far Cry 4 villain Pagan Min or Rabbid.
Far Cry Primal Cave Painting
In the Holland Valley region, you have to go the south-west side of Rae-Rae’s Pumpkin Farm where you will find Frobisher’s Cave. Inside the cave, you will find walls with primitive cave paintings that refer to Far Cry Primal.
Blood Dragon
Far Cry 5 has an entire reference to Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon in one of its side missions. For locating this Easter egg you have to go to Henbane River. Find Grimalkin Radon mine, where you will get a side mission that involves a movie shoot of Blood Dragon 3.
Omega and Rainbow 6 Siege Outfits
Far Cry 5 has some outfits in the game that refers to some past Far Cry series and Ubisoft game. For example, once you play Blood Dragon side mission you get the Omega outfit. You can get this mission at Grimalkin Radon mine in Henbane River, an exact same place where you get the above Easter egg. There is also Far Cry Primal Outfit and Rainbow 6 Siege outfit in the game. You can get them by paying through Ubisoft Club points.
It’s Red Balloon
There is a small reference to a recent horror movie IT, the red balloon is placed near an open sewer entrance. You have to go towards Hope County Jail Bus located on the west side of Fall’s End in Holland Valley. Follow the river in south direction and you will get the balloon in the path.
Climbing Towers Joke
This one appears during the game tutorial when for the first time you find a radio tower. When you climb up you will get a radio transmission from Dutch telling you, that you won’t need to climb towers anymore.
Secret Ending
There is one secret ending that can be unlocked at the very start of the game. When you land with Sheriff and Marshal near the Church where you have to arrest Joseph Seed, you will get a choice to handcuff him or do nothing. If you pick the second option, there will be an ending cutscene.
Firewatch
At Campo Santo you can spot a Firewatch game reference. While at the studio you will find a phone voicemail, interact with it and you will hear a audio that talks about to search for Henry which is the main character o Firewatch.
Donald Trump Pee Tape
In a side mission Patriots Acts, Special Agent Wills Huntley will give you an objective to recover tapes filled with sensitive information. Will Huntley was also a part of Far Cry 3 and 4. The tape is under the control of undercover Russians, and it is related to liquid which refers to Donald Trump’s pee tape.
Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag’s pirate treasure
In Faith’s region Henbane River, you will come across a mission A Leap of Faith where you will be jumping off a cliff, this refers to Assassins Creed Leap of Faith element. For the Black Flag, you can go with the map editor that gives you various elements from different games. These elements belong to games like Far Cry 4, Far Cry Primal, Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag, Assassin’s Creed Unity and Watch Dogs.
The Legend of Zelda
There is a small reference in the game when you visit the Dutch Bunker on Dutch Island, there is a paper on a cabinet that stays, “Hey, I just met you & this is crazy. But it’s dangerous to go alone! So take this maybe.”
Big Mouth Billy Bass
At Peaches Taxidermy, go inside and look on the right side on the table, you will discover a singing fish.
Ghostbusters
There is a note that you can find at King’s Hot Springs Hotel located in Faith’s region. Go on the front desk, and you will spot a letter “From a Ghost Hunter”.
Bigfoot’s Cave
During the side mission Get Free, where you have to reach Grand View Hotel in Jacob’s region, you can spot a map of Bigfoot’s cave. After reaching the hotel on the left of the locked door when you read the note it will trigger Gone Squatchin prepper stash objective. Follow the waypoint and you will reach a dead hiker, get the card key return to the cabin, inside on right you will spot a map and a bigfoot feet print on the table.
