Most of the trophies on offer can be unlocked pretty quickly throughout the campaign by naturally playing through the game. Others, such as the collectibles, will require you to scour the large open map to find everything, using guides wherever you get stuck.
Some trophies, however, like Knocking down 12 Anarchist Cairns or killing certain freak types with a knife might force you a bit out of your comfort zone to secure the elusive prized trophies, but they are do-able— just be prepared to die a bit and potentially wait until the late-game when you have time to kill and nothing to do.
