Are you an impatient Devil Hunter and wanna unlock that secret ending fast? Don’t worry! We’ve got you covered in this relatively spoiler-free guide. In order to unlock the secret ending, you have to defeat Urizen during Nero’s first encounter with him. Only this is a fight that you’re meant to lose so get ready to put your Devil Trigger to the test! However, there’s a much easier way of achieving the secret ending.

By beating the game on Son of Sparda mode, you’ll unlock Heaven or Hell mode. This mode makes everything and everyone (including Urizen) die in one hit. Your trip to hell and back will be rewarded with the “Well I’ll Be Damned” trophy and bragging rights (unless you took the easy way out). Devil May Cry 5 is out now on PS4, PC, & XBO.
