Nature Day Event

The Nature Day celebrates the real-world Earth Day celebration, which officially takes place on April 22. In New Horizons, your Nature Day celebrations go from April 23 to May 4. During this event, all players will receive additional rewards as a Nook Miles+ member, such as having five times the usual bonus of Nook Miles for certain achievements. There are also limited-time Nature Day activities you need to complete, which you can find in your Nook Phone under the Nook Miles+ application.

New Merchants Lief and Redd

You have a pair of new merchants who can visit your island, Lief, and Redd. Lief is a sloth who brings with them a garden stand with a variety of different flowers available. At this station, you’ll be able to purchase tea-olive and azalea plants to place on your island. Redd is a fox who is onboard the Treasure Trawler that can land on your island. If you choose to board it, you can purchase several unique furniture items and art pieces to add to your island.

Art Museum add-on

For those who felt it was becoming exceedingly difficult to find new bugs, fish, or fossils to add to your museum, you have a brand new treasure to hunt after. There’s a new art wing coming to your museum where you can place historical art from all world on display to share with your residents and your friends. The art wing gives new depth to your museum, making it a great way to find new, rare paintings and statues during your adventures.

International Museum Day

From May 18 to 31, you can celebrate your museum by acquiring stamps when visiting the various museum displays. You can collect the stamps from all your museum, encouraging you to explore it and view all of your hard from your time in New Horizons.

After the Nature Day event, you can expect to participate in May Day and participate in the wedding season of June. May Day occurs from May 1 to the 7, and during this time, you can voyage to a new, limited-time island when visiting Dodo Airlines.
