Hyper Scape is, reportedly, an upcoming battle royale game from Ubisoft. The game will be a first-person shooter, and will reputedly be a free-to-play game. In this article, we will be gathering together all the rumors currently doing the rounds about Hyper Scape and will be updating the article as more information is confirmed.

When will Hyper Scape release?

According to industry insider Rod “Slasher” Breslau, Hyper Scape will release on July 12.

What platforms will it be available on?

Hyper Scape will be available on both PC and consoles. Apparently, it will release first on PC, with a console release coming later in the year.

Will there be a beta?

Apparently, there will be a closed beta sometime in early July. We do not know how you can get access to the beta yet.

Will it be free-to-play?

Yes, apparently, Hyper Scape will be a free-to-play title, so we assume there will be some kind of seasonal battle pass system involved as well.

Will the game support cross-play?

The rumor mill says that yes, Hyper Scape will support crossplay when the console versions release.

Will it have Solos, Duos, and Squads?

These details are unknown at this time, although we expect the game to launch with max player count squads, then add in new modes from there.

What will set it apart from other battle royales?

According to Slasher’s sources, Hyper Scape has been designed with heavy Twitch integration in mind. Twitch users who are watching streamers play the game will apparently be able to impact it in various ways, although no details are currently available about how this will work.
