Follow this interesting tip to get smooth 60FPS in Fallout 76. If you are playing Fallout 76 on a high-end PC and are getting 20-30FPS then just go to the Display Setting and switch from Borderless Windowed mode to Fullscreen mode.
Fallout 76 is out now on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The performance of the game seems to be optimized for the consoles, but the same can’t be said for the PC version. Players with high-end PC are reporting that Fallout 76 runs around 20-30 FPS, instead of a smooth 60FPS without small stutters here and there.

We just discovered a Fallout 76 Optimization tip that will allow you to run the game at smooth 60FPS. If you are playing the game at a high-end PC and are getting around 20-30FPS then follow the tip provided below to up the FPS to the 55-60FPS range.
In the Display Setting options change the “Borderless Windowed Mode” to “Fullscreen Mode”.
