FIFA 19 Ultimate Team hasn’t released just yet, but we’re only a few days away. Yesterday saw the launch of the FIFA Ultimate Team Web App, the browser-based companion app that allows you to complete squad building challenges, buy and open packs, create squads and more. In these early days, it’s good to get a headstart on the FUT market so here are a few top tips to help you earn coins quickly.

Squad Building Challenges

Squad Building Challenges (SBCs) have been in FIFA Ultimate Team for a few years now, and they’re a great way to make some cash early on. You essentially create a squad that abides by the guidelines set and then once the team is complete, you trade in the cards for a reward. There are two SBCs available right now that both net you a Prime Gold Player pack each, which is worth 45,000 coins. Look for the Hybrid Nations – It Takes Eight and the Hybrid Leagues – Prime Nine challenges. You’ll be able to complete them for about a third of the price compared to the pack you’ll receive as a reward.

Sell Bronze Players Instantly

Starting Team FUT 19TVM • Fair Use

As soon as you open Ultimate Team for the first time, you’ll receive a bunch of bronze players from a random collection of leagues and nations. Chances are, you won’t be using most of these so throw them on the transfer market right away. The majority of them will only go for 150-200 coins each, but it’s a nice boost right at the start of your FUT 19 career.

Use Coin Multipliers

While playing FIFA 19 Ultimate Team or any other mode, you’ll earn points that can be used for a variety of things in the catalog. One type of item you can purchase is coin multipliers. There’s a host of different options available that all last for varying numbers of games, so if your primary focus is Ultimate Team, splash your hard-earned points on these.

Complete Daily & Weekly Challenges

Every day you’ll see new daily challenges pop up. Pay attention to these and make sure you complete them all on time, along with the weekly ones, and you’ll receive extra coins every single day just for playing Ultimate Team.

Invest In TOTW Players

This one is a little harder to do as it requires you to have some coins saved up already. Each week, EA releases the latest in-form players, known as the Team Of The Week (TOTW). These are boosted versions of existing players if they’ve performed well that week in real life. There’s a slim chance you can grab these bad boys in packs, but you’re better off saving up some cash, then picking up a couple of them each week as soon as the TOTW is released. Hang on to them then later down the line, sell them again. Chances are, their price will have increased, and you can make a profit on your original investment.

There are really no cheats to earning coins in FIFA 19 Ultimate Team. The more you play, and the better you are at the game, the more coins you’ll save up. Pay attention to what works and the price fluctuations on the transfer market. Before long, you’ll be an Ultimate Team millionaire.
