If you are working on Storm’s Awakening Challenges in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 4, then you know that you need to emote at the center of the eye of the storm while wearing the Storm skin.

As some people might be searching for this before unlocking the skin, you will need to hit level 53 in the Battle Pass to unlock Storm, and level 60 to unlock the Awakening Challenges. Don’t forget to equip the skin for the match or you will not be able to complete the challenge.

Eye of the storm location

The eye of the storm is the calm area with no clouds, where the very air itself is not trying to kill you. As such, you will need to wait for a minute or so for the storm to actually form. We would suggest dropping at Lazy Lake and grabbing the choppa there so that you can easily fly to wherever the center of the eye of the storm will be.

After the storm forms, a white circle will appear on the map. Place a map marker roughly in the middle, and then fly there in the choppa. Jump out and look around for a beam of purple light that will be coming from a rotating icon. The icon will look like a bolt of lightning. Go there, hit the emote button, and the challenge will be complete.

This is Storm’s final awakening challenge, and when you emote, her skin will change, gaining a cloak and some other extra details. It is a somewhat less impactful change than some of the others in the game, but it still looks great.
