Final Fantasy VII Remake is filled with Materia, some of the most powerful of which are the Summon Materia. Summons call powerful, magical allies into battle, and can often be the difference between winning or losing a boss battle.

There are several Summon Materia in the game, and this guide will break down where to find all of them. Remember, each party member can have a Summon Materia slotted to their weapon, so you should always have a good variety of them to help you out.

This is all the Summons that we know about so far but will add any more to the above table when we discover them.

To use a Summon Materia, you will need to wait for certain boss battles or very tough fights in the game. You will see a purple gauge on the right side of your screen that will fill up while you fight. A full gauge will open up the Summon option in your Command menu.

The Summons are extremely powerful, but will only last as long as the gauge takes to empty, so take full advantage of them while you can. Party members will need to spend their available ATB points to get the Summon to perform an attack.

Remember to pick your Summons wisely during fights, as some will be more effective at different bosses, and types of enemies.
