How to get Kicks’ store in Animal Crossing: New Horizons

If you have been working on a nice island in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, you will be trying to find nice clothes, items, and desperately trying to get the Bells together to buy another bridge. You can customize all kinds of things in the game and might be wondering how to get some nice shoes. Luckily, a character called Kicks sells shoes, socks, and some other items of clothing as well. 

Kicks can show up on your island somewhat randomly, but not until you have finished certain milestones in the game. You will need to have upgraded both Nook’s Cranny and Resident Services, invite plenty of new residents, and increase the rating of your island. Kicks only seems to visit communities that have established themselves quite a bit in the game.

After that, Kicks can appear on your island at pretty much any time, so make sure you keep your eyes peeled for him, then snap up those nice shoes when he does show up.

Kicks sell a variety of items in different styles and colors. Once you buy an item from Kicks, it will be added to the Nook’s Shopping inventory, and you can purchase it again from them should you need to.
