Epic Games has teamed up with Houseparty, the mobile trivia game. You can now play a new Fortnite Trivia Deck in the Houseparty app, testing your Fortnite knowledge and potentially winning a Fryangles Wrap. This community challenge kicks off on April 10 at 11:00 AM ET and ends on April 16 at 11:59 PM ET.
To complete the challenge, we need to answer a total of 20 million Fortnite related questions correctly before April 16.
To play the Fortnite Trivia Deck, you will first need to download Houseparty. It is available for iOS, Android, macOS, and Chrome.Â
You will need to set up a Houseparty account and give some details like an email address, date of birth, and name to join. After that, the app will ask if you want to add some contacts, but if you are only interested in the Wrap, you can ignore all that too. The only thing you will have to do is give the app access to your camera and microphone if you are playing on a mobile device.
It is also much easier to do this on the app than it is in a web browser, so we definitely recommend avoiding the frustration that comes with the Houseparty browser beta.
Once you have the app up and running, you will see an icon that looks like a pair of dice on the right side of the screen. Click on “Trivia” in the options that pop up, and Fortnite Trivia Royale should be the first option. You can opt to play with your friends, or by yourself.
After that, a series of 10 questions related to Fortnite will appear on the screen. They can be about anything related to the game, from the battle royale mode, to Save the World. Answer correctly before the timer runs out, and it will move to the next question.
When all ten have been answered, the round is over and a winner is declared, although you automatically win if playing solo.
Now, keep in mind that this is a community challenge. The goal is to get 20 million correct answers as a community, and if we do, anyone with an active Fortnite account will get the Fryangles Wrap after the event is over, whether they play Houseparty or not. You don’t personally need to get a certain number of answers correct, and the Wrap won’t drop until after the event is over.Â
