The world quest called Who Devours the Devourers? in World of Warcraft: Shadowlands is easier to complete than the game suggests. Despite the quest recommending that you group up with at least two other players, you can finish this on your own if you’re careful.
After picking up the world quest in Ardenweald, you’re asked to turn five Resonating Anima Motes into a Resonating Anima Core. Fortunately, you don’t have to be an enchanter or any kind of crafting expert to do this. All you need to do is grab five Resonating Anima Motes from the enemies in the area, and you won’t have to worry about a low drop rate. Ravenous Leechwings and Ravenous Blightwings populate the zone, and they will drop a Resonating Anima Mote almost every time you kill one of them.
If you’re feeling gutsy, or if you did come with a group, there are elite versions of Blightwings in the area too. Killing one of these will give you a complete Resonating Anima Core, with no combining necessary.
Once you have a Core in your bag, head to one of the open portals and open your inventory. Select the Core and throw it at the portal to close it up. Repeat this process until all the portals are sealed and your world quest is finished.
