How to do a Manhunt and find Neptune in The Division 2

Start the manhunt to go after a rogue agent.
This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

The first event in The Division 2‘s season has begun. Seasons are the new method of how limited-time events will occur in the game moving forward. The latest event is a Manhunt for Neptune, one of the rogue agents protecting another, more powerful agent. To go after this powerful agent, you need to need to take down their four lieutenants.

To bring Neptune out of hiding you need to go after them by completing various missions and events around Washington D.C. These events include:

  • Constitution Hall
    • Capture three control points
    • Complete a bounty
    • Complete DCD Headquarters
  • Foggy Bottom
    • Capture three control points
    • Complete a bounty
    • Complete Potomac Event Center
  • West End
    • Capture three control points
    • Complete a bounty
    • Complete Federal Emergency Bunker
  • Roosevelt Island mission

You can complete any of these missions in any order you see fit. The control points and missions will be the most time-consuming activities in this line-up. You can find them by the yellow icons on the map. When you want to do one of the bounties, things have changed, and to receive a bounty you need to save a citizen from one of the roaming factions during a random activity. This includes saving them from execution or rescuing hostages.

After completing all of these you have your chance to take down the rogue agent Neptune. You should receive a waypoint to their location after they’re complete, and you can freely go after them. You won’t be able to take them down before that.
