How to find the clues for The Dart in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

Follow the trail.

The Dart is the second member on the Wardens of Law branch for the Order of the Ancients, the sinister group you will hunt down in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. In order to find them, however, you will need to discover two clues that reveal their identity.

Finding the first clue

The first clue will be given to you after you have taken out The Vellum, also known as Eanbhert, another member part of the Wardens of Law branch. Once you have assassinated The Vellum, the first clue will automatically be in your possession.

Finding the second clue

The clue you get off of The Vellum will tell you to investigate the “ruined tower” to the east of Caustow Castle, which can be found in the southwestern corner of Sciropescire. Luckily, this tower is also a Synchronization Point, so there will already be an icon on the map for you to go to.

At the tower, you will notice that the entry is barred from the inside. You will need to climb partially up the tower, moving around it until you come across an open window. Climb through here and you will find the second clue on the table. You can then destroy the bar and go out through the door.

With both clues, you will learn that The Dart’s real name is Tata, Defender of Otta’s Wyrd. He can be found in eastern Sciropescire, at Quatford’s stables.
