How to get and use Galarica Twigs in Pokémon Sword and Shield’s Isle of Armor

There will be a lot of searching.
This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

Galarica Twigs are important items that were added to Pokémon Sword and Shield in the Isle of Armor update. You will absolutely want to get your hands on these, as they are used to evolve Galarian Slowpoke into Slowbro. The game doesn’t tell you much about them or where to get them, so in this guide, we will help you out.

You can find the Galarica Twigs at the foot of trees near the Dojo that you will visit when you first arrive on the Isle of Armor. They don’t spawn regularly, so be sure to check all around the area quite often, as you will need to get eight of them to evolve Galarian Slowpoke in Slowbro.

Once you have gathered up all eight of them, you can bring them to an NPC on a small island to the southwest of the Isle of Armor. This NPC will give you a special item in return for them, and you can then evolve Slowpoke into Slowbro by giving him the item.

It is certainly one of the more interesting ways to evolve a Pokémon in the game, and it might take you a while to gather up all eight of the Galarica Twigs.
