Obtaining Stealthy Passage
To get the Stealthy Passage card, you must first own the Tunnels of Terror expansion and play through some of the game’s Ridden Hives. You will have the chance to collect up to three Skull Totems when inside. If your team gets to the exit with them in hand, they will be added to your Skull Totem currency.
When you have a few, go to Supply Lines in the Fort Hope base, and on the right will be the Skull Totem track. Unfortunately, this track refreshes hourly, so you will need to get a bit lucky to have the Stealthy Passage card appear. When it does, it will be the first choice on the track and will only cost two Skull Totems.
How to use Stealthy Passage
When you have Stealthy Passage equipped, you give up your Quick Slot items. This means you won’t be able to use Razor Wire, Stun Guns, Ammo Packs, Tool Kits, or Defibrillators. That’s a pretty big price, but it can make getting through certain sections easier.
Stealthy Passage allows you to disable the alarms on doors and cars and also take out a group of birds without setting them off. Car alarms can only be turned off by messing with the hood. In the case of birds, you will need to crouch walk up to them slowly and do the interaction without interruption for it to work. If you take any damage during this time, you will stop disabling them, and the alarm will be set off. If you are successful, the horde will not be called, and your team will gain 25 Copper.
