How to get Cabochon Embolos in Warframe

Mining time.
This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

Cabochan Embolos is a resource in Warframe that was introduced with the Heart of Deimos update. You will require a blueprint to make this resource, and the blueprint can be obtained from Otak at the Necralisk on Deimos for 8000 Standing once you have hit the rank of Associate.

To do this, you will need to go through a process of getting Tokens that you can give to Grandmother to gain Standing, then when you hit the level cap you will need to visit Mother to rank up. We have a full guide on how to do this to help you out. Associate is the third rank of the Entrati Syndicate, so it can take a little while to get there.

At the moment, the resource is only used to create the Cortege Stock and the Trumna Stock.

To create Cabochon Embolos in the Foundry you will need the following resources:

  • 1000 Credits
  • 3 Embolos

How to get Embolos

You can find Emobolos by mining on the Cambion Drift on Deimos. You will need a mining laser, and Embolos can drop from the blue mineral veins. The Sunpoint Plasma Drill from Smokefinger on Fortuna is the best tool to use when mining, as it makes it much easier to track down the mineral veins.

Requiem Pylons

Requiem Pylons can be found all over the Cambion Drift, spawning in a set number of random locations each time you load into the area. These can be activated with your Amp and will cause enemies to spawn nearby. The Pylon will have an effect on the enemies, depending on the Pylon type. Killing the affected enemies with your Amp will then cause rare resources to drop from the Pylon.
