Euros are one of the most challenging currencies to find in Escape from Tarkov. The tense survival game is all about periods of exploration that are interrupted by brief, and brutally violent, gunfights. If you want to live longer than the person downrange, Euros can help you get better gear.Â
You can find small amounts of Euros while scavaging the game world. Check every drawer, vault, cash register, and lockbox that you come across, just in case. Fence, an NPC who moves goods, are also a good source, but they may not always have them in stock. The critical thing to note is that the Fence has an inventory that is shared between all players. You’ll need to be quick, and experienced players advise grabbing them in small bundles so that his stock doesn’t dwindle while you are trying to buy them.
You should also loot the bodies of your enemies, as they might have some Euros tucked away.
Skier, whom you can find in the Customs section, is a vendor you should get to know if you want Euros. If you’re going to progress to dealing in Euros with Skier, you will need to prove you have some value to him. It means working up through his loyalty levels.
- Level 1: Starting level
- Level 2: Level 15, .20 rep, and 1,100,000 Rubles in sales
- Level 3: Level 28, .40 rep, and 1,600,000 Rubles in sales
- Level 4: Level 35, .75 rep, and 2,600,000 Rubles in sales
When you hit level three, Euros will begin to appear in Skiers inventory, and you can purchase them from him. You’ll need to be quick, and experienced players advise grabbing them in small bundles so that his stock doesn’t dwindle while you are trying to buy them.
