Octavia, the Songstress, can buff her allies and crush her foes using her Mandachord, a musical weapon that allows players to write their own songs and then play them during a battle, causing different effects.
Octavia’s blueprints are spread throughout the game, with some being more difficult to get than others. The main blueprint is granted from completing the Octavia’s Anthem quest, accessible through the Codex. It can only be accessed once players have finished The Second Dream quest.
Octavia’s Chassis blueprint is obtained from the Lua music puzzle. The Lua music puzzle takes the form of a giant, golden room that can be found randomly on Lua. It is split into multiple levels, with a large central column. Platforms surround the upper levels, one of which contains a switch that will cause the room to play a song. As the notes play, circular tiles on the platforms light up, and you will need to remember the order, then play it back. If you get it wrong, you can use the switch to start again. Once you replay the song, climb to the very top to find a chest that has opened, and you will get the Chassis blueprint as a reward.
The Neuroptics blueprint is obtained from Rotation C of Orokin Derelict Survival missions, while the Systems blueprint is gotten from the Rotation A hidden cache on Lua Crossfire missions.
Once you have all the blueprints, you can build Octavia’s components in your Foundry using the following resources:
Chassis
- 15000 Credits
- 6000 Polymer Bundle
- 1500 Plastids
- 25000 Salvage
- 3 Neurodes
Neuroptics
- 15000 Credits
- 1000 Oxium
- 2600 Plastids
- 4800 Polymer Bundle
- 5 Neural Sensors
Systems
- 15000 Credits
- 2000 Kuva
- 20 Morphics
- 3000 Circuits
- 5 Orokin Cells
Each component has a 12 hour build time, which can be skipped for 25 Platinum. You can then build the Warframe which will take 72 hours, and can be skipped for 50 Platinum.
