How to get the Immortals: Fenyx Rising Charm in Rainbow Six Siege

If you own Immortals: Fenyx Rising and Rainbow Six Siege, you can get your hands on a shiny new exotic Charm for all of your Operator’s weapons in the latter. However, there’s a good chance that you’ll run into an issue when trying to grab it. In this guide, we’ll show you how to claim the Charm and what to do if it doesn’t appear in your inventory immediately.

Prerequisite

As we’ve already mentioned, you need to own Immortals: Fenyx Rising for this Charm to be unlocked. If you don’t, then you can’t claim it. Providing that you do, the following steps will have you unlock it.

Step 1: Open Ubisoft Connect

The first thing you need to do is open Ubisoft Connect. You can do this through the Ubisoft Connect tab in the main menu as soon as you open Rainbow Six Siege. This should bring up the screen you see above. Make sure that you check what game the application has linked to. It needs to be Rainbow Six Siege. As long as it is, select the Rewards tab.

Step 2: Find and claim the Charm

The Immortals: Fenyx Rising Charm is a little way down the list here. When you find it, it should be listed as free. Select it and claim it. This will give you a message telling you that the Charm is now in your inventory.

What to do if you can’t see the Charm in your inventory

When you navigate to the Operators menu and try to equip the Charm, there’s a chance that it won’t appear in your inventory. It didn’t for us right after we’d claimed it. To fix this, you’ll need to quit out of the game, which includes closing it on consoles. Then, when you load the game back up, the Charm will appear in your inventory.

This is the only issue we’ve come across in claiming the Charm. If you still don’t see it in your inventory, recheck the Ubisoft Connect rewards tab to see if it’s sitting in there unclaimed still.
